We want you to feel good about your Gallon. Every reservation and order is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you change your mind, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, no hard feelings.
Reservations and pre-orders
Ghydion is in active development, and reserving early helps make it real. While we are still in development:
- You can cancel your reservation at any time before it ships and receive a full refund.
- Your payment does more than hold your place in line. It also helps fund development and bring the product to you sooner.
- Reserving locks in your founder pricing, even if retail pricing changes later.
How to request a refund
Reach out through our Contact page with the email you used to reserve or order, and tell us you would like a refund. We will confirm and process it back to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Shipping
- Shipping is free. There are no shipping fees on your Gallon.
- We ship once the product is production-ready. Because we are still in development, we do not ship immediately after purchase.
- We will email you shipping windows as production firms up, and tracking details once your order is on the way.
- Reserving now puts you first in line when shipping begins.
Returns once shipped
After you receive your Gallon, you may return it within the 30-day window if it is in original, resellable condition. Contact us first so we can guide you through the process. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue your refund.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or has a defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order details. We will make it right with a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.
